Tampa’s Sunset Music Festival Delayed Until May 2021

The Sunset Music Festival scheduled to take place in December 2020 has been pushed back to 2021 due to coronavirus pandemic. The festival will now be held in May 29-30, 2021 on Memorial Day weekend. The Sunset Music Festival was one of the major events in Tampa, Florida which has been canceled for covid-19 outbreak.

The Sunset Music Fest was a hundred percent go until March when the organizers of this gigantic electric dance music festival had to move back the date twice. First to Independence Day and then to December.

Now that the second wave of coronavirus pandemic hit the country, the organizers had to pay attention to the fact. Since covid-19 is surging in Florida, the Sunset Music festival has been canceled for 2020 and rescheduled on 29-30 May 2021 keeping in the health and safety of the audience and music lovers.

‘Pushing back of the Sunset Music Festival is the best decision for health and safety of all concerned,’ the organizers said in a statement.

Everybody appreciated the new move. As for the previous ticket holders, they can still enjoy the fest with the same tickets and for those who cannot make it to the new dates will be informed the refund policy via e-mail. Tickets will go on sale from Thursday 10 am.

The organizers also announced the lineups for the first phase of the Sunset Music Festival which looks a lot like the one of 2020. Sullivan King, Adventure Club, Seven Lions, Slander and more lineups are there to perform at the Sunset Music Festival in Tampa, Florida.
