DEAD & COMPANY – Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, John Mayer, and Bob Weir, with Oteil Burbridge and Jeff Chimenti – have announced their 2022 tour, which will kick off on June 11th in Los Angeles at the renowned Dodger Stadium and pass through July, with a two-night stand at Citi Field, residence of the New York Mets, on July 15th and 16th.
The Live Nation-produced 2022 Summer Tour also includes two nights in the Bay Area at Shoreline Amphitheater (June 13th & 14th), two nights at UC Boulder’s Folsom Field (June 17th & 18th), two nights at Chicago’s iconic Wrigley Field (June 24th & 25th), a night at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA (July 2nd), and a night at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia (July 10th), before wrapping (July 15th & July 16th). Dead & Company and Activist begin to collaborate with REVERB, a long-time ecological partner, to lessen the tour’s environmental consequences and encourage fans to take action for people and the earth. On this year’s tour, the band will establish on their outstanding global action efforts with REVERB’s Music Climate Revolution campaign. Dead & Company aided in the funding of various global programs in 2021 that cumulatively eradicated five times more greenhouse gas emission than touring, including fan travel.
