The important information of barefoot country music fest 2021

The Barefoot Country Music Fest is an outdoor event that goes on rain or shine.
There are no refunds and all sales are final so be sure to read over the rules before you buy.
The festival welcomes people of any age, but children under 10 must have a wristband in order to attend who cannot get one for free without being accompanied by an adult.
Wristbands can’t be transferred from person to person; if they’re broken or lost then they’ll void your purchase too.
If your wristband gets stolen, broken, or lost then it will cost $10 plus and you can get a new one at Will Call.
You are allowed to leave the festival site but must have your original Official BCMF Wristband with you when doing so because security is strict with searches for people who’ve left before they could return – only those wearing an Original BCMFC Band may reenter without a hassle.
The lineup of bands might change due to last minute cancellations which means that even if it’s top on our list right now we’ll still want to check back in case anything changes.
Pets aren’t permitted by anyone other than service animals, no exceptions

The things you are allowed to bring

The BCMF app is your key to unlocking everything you need for a great time at the festival, like free WiFi and charging stations.

Make sure that everyone has their phones ready so they can share all of those fun moments on social media with #BCMFest.
You’ll want to have sunscreen handy too because music fests are really hot (especially in Florida!).
Bring an approved bag as well since these will be checked before entering the fest grounds.
Blankets, poles-free flags, or anything else soft enough not to damage speakers also make good gear choices.

What is the bag policy?

You’ll need to pack all your essentials in one of those clear, plastic bags that you get from the grocery store. The biggest ones are 24″ x 12″, but anything smaller than 4.5″ x 6.5 will work just fine as long it’s not a giant suitcase or backpack.

You will be able to bring your medically necessary items with you on the plane after they have been inspected at the gate.

You are allowed to carry any of your needed medical devices onto the aircraft as long as it is properly inspected by security first.

Purchasing ticket policy

Tickets for the event can only be picked up with a valid ID, and credit card used to make a purchase. If you are not the original purchaser of tickets but have been given permission by them, they must also provide their identification as well as order confirmation information in addition to your copy which includes the customer’s name plus the last 4 digits on their account (credit cards).

Event attendees will need both a valid ID and proof that he or she is authorized/provided by the original ticket buyer if picking up wristbands instead of the originals owner themselves.

Can I buy a single-day ticket?

Our Thursday Night Kick-Off is the only single-day ticket available at this point, and it’s not sold online. Tickets can be purchased from one of our store locations or online.

Does GovX (Military) discount include Main Stage VIP or Super VIP?

There are discounts on all three ticket types: General Admission, Main Stage VIP, and Super. For example, if a person wanted to purchase $100 of tickets they would receive a 20% discount multiplied by the number they buy for any of the three levels so that’s a total of $64 off.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, we welcome kids of all ages.

We offer a wide variety of activities and lessons that will keep the kids entertained for hours. We have a play area with craft activities and other fun things. Plus our staff is one hundred percent CPR certified in case any emergency should arise, which it rarely does.

Are there any special offers for large groups?

Yes! If you represent a large group (20 or more attendees), we offer two special packages that will be customized for your specific needs.
