Muse, the internationally acclaimed rock band, will return to the North American continent in early 2023 to promote their upcoming album, “Will of the People.” The tour will begin on February 25 in Chicago and continue through April, making stops in 20 cities across the United States, including major cities such as Houston, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Seattle. Toronto, Quebec City, and Montreal are the three major cities in Canada that will host the concerts. Special guests Evanescence will be accompanying the band on this tour as support. The band will play more shows in the fall in Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, and New York before embarking on the tour proper.
On August 26, 2022, Warner Records and Helium-3 collaborated with Muse to release their ninth studio album, Will of the People. Their previous album, titled “Simulation Theory,” which was released in 2018, debuted at position #12 on the Billboard 200 and was awarded the Gold certification in the UK. The year after, they began their Simulation Theory World Tour, which took them to many global locations, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. In 2017, the band that had just won a Grammy went on a lengthy tour across North America, and they had 30 Seconds to Mars and PVRIS as their opening acts.
Who exactly is Muse?
In 1994, the band Muse started in Teignmouth, located in Devon. While at Teignmouth Community College, bassist Chris Wolstenholme, drummer Dom Howard, and frontman Matt Bellamy all became acquainted. Since that time, the band members have put forth a lot of effort to establish themselves as influential rock band. However, the band did not achieve success in the mainstream in the United States until the release of its third album, titled Black Holes and Revelations. Because the band’s song “Supermassive Black Hole” was used in the film adaptation of “Twilight,” it has gained a new generation of youthful admirers. Uprising, taken from the band’s fifth album, The Resistance, and Madness, taken from the band’s album after that one, are two of the band’s other notable singles. Muse evolved from being a very obscure British band to being recognized all over the world in what seems like the span of a single night.
