About All That Remains Fall Of Ideals Tour
ALL THAT REMAINS redefined their sound on 2006’s “The Fall Of Ideals’ ‘ with a shift towards melodic metalcore that made them one of the most popular bands in America. The album introduced fans to two new members: bassist Jeanne Sagan and drummer Shannon Lucas, who have been staples ever since alongside founding member Phil Labonte (vocals) alongside lead guitarist Oli Herbert from 2002-2017.
The result is a raw, 11-track set that finds themselves pushing their sonic boundaries while Labonte showcases his broad vocal range — from epic screams and in-your-face growls to emotive choruses. The album spawned many enduring favorites including “This Calling”, which was featured on soundtracks such as Saw III and Masters of Horror II along with singles like “The Air That I Breathe.”
“The Fall Of Ideals” is one of 2006’s best albums and it caught the attention of critics. “ALL THAT REMAINS has made a stylistic leap that most bands can only wish they could pull off,” said Pop Matters in their review; while BLABBERMOUTHNET praised, “This album effortlessly blends trashy twin-guitar fireworks with P growls to create an awesome mix.”
For the last 15 years, ALL THAT REMAINS have been one of this century’s most consistent purveyors of heavy music. Consistently producing arena-worthy anthems and defying all odds to date with more than a million records sold worldwide (and five Top 10 debuts on Billboard), they continue to defy their genre as well by maintaining such high monthly listener counts on Spotify — never seen before for any metal band or album in history.
