Editor’s Perspective

I’ll be straight with you: I’ve been covering Christian and crossover music for a decade, and for KING + COUNTRY are one of the few acts that have never given me a dull show. Their 2022 run was legitimately one of the best-produced arena experiences I reviewed that year — the lighting rigs alone were worth the ticket price. So when I heard they were wrapping a brand-new album, The Most Beautiful Colours, in a 16-city intimate tour, my first instinct was to check my own calendar before finishing the press release. I’m especially eager to hear what “Miracle” sounds like surrounded by a live crowd — their singles always hit differently off a stage than through earbuds. This one feels personal for them, and personal for KING + COUNTRY shows tend to be something you remember for years. Don’t sleep on it.

— Cedric Wyman, Senior Editor · Vocal Bop

It’s officially happening. For KING + COUNTRY — brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone, four GRAMMY Awards between them, 13 number-one hits, somewhere north of five billion career streams — are taking their new album on the road this fall. The 16-city trek kicks off September 24, 2026, running through October 18, 2026, to support their forthcoming studio album of the same name. And this is on top of several summer fair and festival appearances already locked in for July and August.

What makes this run different from your standard album cycle tour? The band is framing it explicitly as an album-preview experience. You’ll hear new material performed live before the full project is even out — woven into a setlist that spans their entire catalog. With only 16 dates and venues chosen for their intimacy rather than capacity, demand is going to be fierce. Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado. The Greek in Los Angeles. Wang Theater in Boston. These aren’t arenas — they’re rooms where you’ll actually feel the music.

We feel there’s no better way to celebrate than to spend these evenings together across North America this fall.

The duo also has a new single, “Miracle,” dropping June 5 — their third preview track from the album. If you haven’t been paying attention to their run-up releases, now is the time to start. The album is set to arrive this fall, lining up almost perfectly with the tour. Beyond music, their film Drummer Boy — a Christmas musical about two brothers on opposite sides of the American Revolutionary War — hits theaters this November. It’s a big season for Joel and Luke. Here’s your full breakdown.

How to Buy For King and Country Tickets 2026

Let’s not waste time — here’s the ticket situation broken down simply.

Presale Access

Presale tickets ran from May 19 through May 21. Fans who signed up by texting MIRACLE to 615-257-9555 got an early window. General on-sale launched May 22 at 10 a.m. CT — tickets are live now.

Official Ticket Channels

Always start with official sources for for KING + COUNTRY tour tickets — no inflated markups, no risk of invalid seats.

Ticket Buying Checklist
  • Start at forkingandcountry.com — band-direct links have the lowest fees.
  • VIP packages via VIPNation.com often include meet-and-greet, early entry, and exclusive merch — worthwhile if you’re a long-time fan.
  • For sold-out shows, TicketNetwork is a legitimate resale option. Always check seller ratings first.
  • Have your payment ready before entering the queue. Ticketmaster sessions time out quickly on high-demand on-sales.

Real talk on beating the queue: For hot stops like Red Rocks, Los Angeles, and Boston, use a laptop — not your phone — and log into Ticketmaster at least 5 minutes early. Mobile apps lag under traffic. Keep two browser tabs open as backup. On resale sites, check mid-week mornings (Tuesday–Wednesday, 7–8 a.m. CT) — that’s when demand dips and prices often drop 15–30% compared to weekend highs.

What to Expect From The Most Beautiful Colours Live

This is their fifth studio album, and by every indication, Joel and Luke have made it their most explicitly hopeful record to date. That’s saying something for a duo whose entire catalog is essentially a sustained argument that things can get better. The Most Beautiful Colours is expected out in fall 2026, essentially dropping alongside or just before the tour — meaning these shows will be your first real immersion in the full project.

We’ve heard two singles ahead of the album proper. Their lead releases have leaned into the expansive, layered sound that made What Are We Waiting For? a Billboard 200 Top 10 entry. The third single, “Miracle,” arrives June 5 — and based on the thematic direction they’ve described, I’d expect a slow-building anthem that opens into something enormous. That’s been their signature move for years, and it works every single time.

As for the live show itself: expect the cinematics dialed further up than previous tours. Joel and Luke have described this album as their most personal, and personal material tends to produce the most visually ambitious staging from this duo — they compensate for vulnerability with spectacle. I’d bet the centerpiece new track anchors the second half of the set, with the back-to-back of “God Only Knows” and “Joy” landing somewhere mid-set where they always hit hardest. The moments when a crowd of thousands sings every word are the moments this band was built for.

This album is our most hope-filled yet — and these shows are where that hope becomes something shared.

Don’t overlook the summer run either. Hometown Weekend in Franklin, Tennessee — August 14–16 — is a multi-day event with a live concert, album preview, and special guests. If you’re within driving range of Nashville, it may end up being a richer pure fan experience than any single tour date.

Final Thoughts

Sixteen dates. Intimate venues. A brand-new album Joel and Luke are clearly proud of. This is one of those tours where in five years you’ll either say “yeah, I was there” or “I really wish I’d gone.” For KING + COUNTRY have never given me a bad live show in ten years of covering them — they take the staging too seriously, the music too personally, and the audience too much to heart for that to happen. Get your tickets before the obvious markets sell out. Red Rocks goes first. LA goes fast. Don’t wait on Boston either.

See you at the show.
