Headliners for the 2023 edition of the “When We Were Young Festival” had been revealed as Blink-182 and Green Day.
When the lineup for the 2022 event was unveiled earlier this year, it was hailed as “an amazing lineup of emo and rock bands from the past two decades,” with My Chemical Romance and Paramore serving as headliners.
For Paramore fans, this was the first fresh concert announcement since the band went on hiatus in 2018. Bring Me The Horizon, Bright Eyes, The Used, and many more performed at the 2022 festival in Las Vegas later this month (October 22, 23, and 29).
When We Were Young Festival tickets: How much are they?
Pre-sales for the 2023 event started on Friday, October 14, at 10 a.m. PT.
Ticket prices range from $249.99 for General Admission to $519.99 for VIP. You can even rent private cabanas if you choose. Those who would prefer to spread out the high cost of tickets can take advantage of payment plans with deposits as low as $19.99.
On the afternoon of October 12, 2022, the cast was announced. After announcing the jam-packed lineup, the official festival account teased one of their two top-line headliners with the message, “What’s our age again?” and set Twitter ablaze. The Veronicas, “Untouched” queens, Plain White T’s, “Hey There Delilah” singers, Jared Leto’s 30 Seconds to Mars, “Cruel School Children” Gym Class Heroes, “Fueled By Ramen’s” own “The Academy Is…,” and “Boyband Royalty” 5 Seconds of Summer will also perform at When We Were Young Fest 2023. Besides Bowling for Soup and Motion City Soundtrack, there will be many other bands playing, such as Rise Against, Pierce the Veil, Saves the Day, Thrice, Joyce Manor, Beach Bunny, and a whole lot more.
