In the latter part of 2022, Bow Wow will be headlining yet another spectacular roster for the upcoming iteration of The Millennium Tour that will travel across the United States. Beginning on October 7 in Hampton, the 24-city campaign will continue through November, making stops in key areas such as Detroit, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. This year’s edition includes Mario, Keri Hilson, Lloyd, Pleasure P, Bobby V, Sammie, Ying Yang Twins, Chingy, Dem Franchize Boyz, Lil Scrappy, and Travis Porter, Day 26, Crime Mob, and Trillville will all be performing alongside one another.
Omarion, Ashanti, Pretty Ricky, and Soulja Boy were among the many artists who participated in the 2021 leg of The Millennium Tour. This leg of the tour was nominated for the Best R&B Tour award at the 33rd annual Pollstar Awards. During the same tour that took place in 2019, Omarion reunited with former members of B2K Lil’ Fizz, J-Boog, and Raz-B. Since it first began, the annual tour has been nominated twice for Top R&B Tour at the Billboard Music Awards, and in 2022, it was victorious in the category of Top Rap Tour.
This is the first time Omarion has not been a part of the “Millennium Tour.” In 2019, he appeared on the main stage alongside B2K; in 2020, he did so alongside Bow Wow. As a result of the epidemic, the event scheduled for 2020 had to be postponed. It was eventually rescheduled for October 2021 and featured supporting acts such as Ashanti, Soulja Boy, and Sammie.
Bow Wow surprised his 4.7 million Instagram followers on Friday (August 12) by announcing that he will be assembling Mario, Hilson, Day26, Lloyd, Pleasure P, Chingy, Lil Scrappy, Bobby V, Dem Franchize Boyz, Crime Mob, and Travis Porter for the latest version of the tour, which he is calling “The Millennium Tour: Turned Up!”
This will be the first time that Omarion is not a part of the “Millennium Tour.”
The tour will begin on October 7 at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia, and continue to major cities across North America, such as Detroit, Miami, Atlanta, Houston, Chicago, and New York City, among others, before coming to an end in Oakland on November 27. A total of 24 shows are scheduled for the tour.
