Bottom Lines

They play ska-punk and hail from L.A., so you know it’s got to be good.

The Interrupters, known initially as Aimee Allen, is a Los Angeles band formed in 2011 by three brothers. All four hooked up while Allen supported Sugar Ray and The Dirty Heads on the road with his band, Telecasters. Early in their career, The Interrupters went on tour alongside acts like Left Alone, The Transplants, Devil’s Brigade, and Rancid. They performed at major rock festivals, including Riot Fest in the United States and Amnesia Rockfest in Canada. This was all done before The Interrupters ever released their self-titled first album. The Interrupters recorded a total of three albums in the studio.
