Teyana’s goodbye tour will be called “A GIRL FROM THE FUTURE.” This title plays off of a lyric from her song “Gonna Love Me” where she sings about how she hopes that future generations will look back on what she did and love me still so I can go out with my head held high.
The show is going to be a celebration of the superstar’s career with performances spanning from her early days as a dancer on American Idol to perform at Coachella and Madison Square Garden, plus many others.
Her first stop will be in San Francisco where she was born and raised before moving to New York City as an aspiring performer. She then gained notoriety as one of the youngest members of the girl group Destiny’s Child, but her solo work is what really put her on the map: releasing 4 albums and collaborating with some of hip-hop’s most notable artists like Kanye West and Drake.
With Teyana performing all over the world for years now and releasing one album after another since 2006, it’s time for her to take some time off and enjoy life outside of music while she still can. Get your tickets starting today.
