Over the last half-century, Styx has released 17 studio albums, the most recent of which was Crash of the Crown in 2021. Mr. Roboto, Come Sail Away, Babe, Too Much Time on My Hands, and Show Me the Way are some of the band’s best successes.

Styx has eight songs that have been in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100, as well as 16 top-40 hits. Dennis DeYoung, the group’s founding member and lead singer, was instrumental in the group ‘s achievements. He hasn’t played with Styx since 1999.

Lawrence Gowan, a native of Ontario, co-leads the current lineup, which also includes founding members James (JY) Young and Chuck Panozzo, as well as long-time member Tommy Shaw. The lineup is completed by Todd Sucherman and Ricky Phillips.

Wilson is part of the legendary rock band Heart. The initial Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013 with her sister Ann, who is not a member of the current version.

Kimberly Nichole has taken up Ann’s vocal responsibilities, while Nancy Wilson continues to serve as guitarist and vocalist. You and Me, her debut solo album, was published in 2021.

The Sheepdogs, a Saskatoon-based rock band, also confirmed a North American tour on Monday. On Nov. 23, the four-time Juno Award winners will perform at Casino Regina. Buy Tickets From Here

The new album, which follows up on 2017’s ‘The Mission,’ debuted at #17 on Billboard’s Rock list. The band linked up with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts for a major co-headlining tour in 2018 with Tesla as support. Chuck Panozzo, James Young, Tommy Shaw, Todd Sucherman, Lawrence Gowan, Ricky Phillips, and Will Evankovich are founders of the Chicago-based band, which was founded in 1972.
