Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo have a lengthy history of touring together, but it’s a trip worth taking. After all, the two were pioneers of contemporary country rock and were at the forefront of the rock ballad genre in the 1980s.
The couple’s musical collaboration spanned more than four decades, with their farewell concert on March 6th, 2017. “It’s been 40 years since we started as teens with nothing,” Giraldo recalls of their professional journey. “We’re now really lucky to be able to perform songs all around the world.”
