Of Monsters and Men Reveals extended ‘Fever Dream’ tour 2020

Icelandic indie folk and pop band Of Monster and Men has announced their extended Fever Dream tour. The extended tour will kick off on 4th September in Washington, DC, The Anthem and it will end on 28th September in Vancouver, BC, UBC Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre. In the meantime they will cover also 16 dates in different cities of North America including some major cities like New York, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco etc.

In 2011 they released their debut album which title was My Head Is An Animal. It placed the top position of the global conversation. Their breakthrough single Little Talks got the RIAA quintuple-platinum certification. And for the first time an Iceland band got over 1 billion streams on Spottily. Before starting the tour the will perform a tv show with Jimmy Fallon on 15th May. The show name is “The Tonight Show”. It will be the debut TV performance show for their new track “Alligator”.

This group also worked on some official soundtracks for several franchises like The Hunger Games, The Walking Dead, and Beat Bugs etc. Although they performed at several festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza and Firefly. In 2015 their track Beneath The Skin bowed placed no 3 of the Billboard Top 200. In the same year the band starred of HBO’s episode Game Of Thrones.

This indie folk band was formed in 2010 in Reykjavik Iceland. Nanna Bryndis Hilmarsdottir is the lead singer and guitarist of this band. The genre of this band is basically Indie folk including with Chamber pop, Pop folk and Indie rock.
