The International Fighters League returns to action on Friday at Overtime Elite Arena in Atlanta, with lightweights Clay Collard and Alex Martinez leading the way. Collard and Martinez each have three points in the current 155-pound standings heading into their PFL 4 main event.

Collard enters the ring having won five of his last six fights. He last fought on April 20, when he defeated rival Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Jeremy Stephens in a clear majority vote. Martinez, on the other hand, has lost two of his last three games. He most recently participated in PFL 1, when he won a clear victory against Steven Ray in April.

As Collard and Martinez go through the last aspects of their upcoming match, take a look at some of the data that have followed them to this point.

Date and Time

The fight night will begin on Friday, June 17 at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.

Collard’s knockout or technical knockout victories represent 48% of his career total (21). Lucas Montoya, Steve Sharp, and Dustin Collins are among his victims. Collard has three more submission victories and eight more decision victories.

Collard required 44 seconds to knock Steve Walser out at Showdown Fights 7 in May 2012. It is still the quickest finish of his 31-fight career more than a decade later.

Collard took 124 significant blows in his third-round technical knockout defeat to ultimate lightweight champion Max Holloway at UFC Fight Night 49 on August 23, 2014. At the time, it was the Hawaiian’s largest production to date.

Collard has beaten nine competitors, including Holloway, Raush Manfio, Darrick Minner, Tiago dos Santos e Silva, Gabriel Benitez, Justin Buchholz, David Castillo, Oliver Parker, and Jose Salgado. They have a collective winning percentage of 686 (155-70-1).

Martinez’s submission victories represent 44 percent of his career total (nine). His preferred chokes were two guillotine chokes, one rear-naked choke, and one armbar. Martinez has two previous knockout or technical knockout victories and three more by decision.

Martinez completed 20 professional rounds as a professionally combined martial artist. He has gone the distance five times and has a 3-2 record in those contests.

Martinez has competed at least once in seven continuous calendar years. Aside from his 1-0 record in 2022, he also went 1-0 in 2016, 2-0 in 2017, 2-0 in 2018, 1-0 with one no contest in 2019, 1-0 in 2020, and 1-2 in 2021.
