Duran Duran is a new generation techno band from Birmingham.

They were founded in 1978 and are usually considered to be among the most popular performers of the 1980s. Duran Duran has confirmed a long-awaited North American headline tour to commemorate the band’s illustrious four-decade history and to promote their widely praised 15th studio album, FUTURE PAST.

The multi-platinum, award-winning superstars will kick off their 14-city tour on August 19, performing at historic locations like Madison Square Garden in New York City, the Wynn Las Vegas, and the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, among others.

On Friday, March 18th at 10 a.m. local venue time, members of Duran Duran’s VIP Community gained entry to a pre-sale for the North American tour.

Tickets went on sale to the general public. Except for Madison Square Garden and the Footprint Center in Phoenix, which went on sale at noon local venue time on Friday, March 25th at 10 a.m. local venue time.

The Eighties legends had recently announced a series of UK gigs, but have now added further title concerts at Castle Howard in Yorkshire and Caledonian Stadium in Inverness.

Duran Duran North American Tour Dates – 2022

Duran Duran will embark on a 14-day North American publicity tour in support of their 2021 album Future Past. On an eight-city tour, the group will be supported by Nile Rodgers and Chic, who will also perform at Madison Square Garden. Duran Duran will begin the tour on August 19 in Welch, Minnesota’s Treasure Island Amphitheater. In August and September, they’ll stop in Chicago, Toronto, Washington, D.C., Fort Worth, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and Phoenix. On September 11, the trip will come to an end with a final performance at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Only the concerts in Las Vegas and Los Angeles will be missed by Rodgers and Chic.
