In 2020 Alison Krauss will hit the road for a spring tour. In Wilkesboro, North Carolina on 23rd April and on 24 th April at the underground the Caverns venue in Pelham. The tour will start with Alison’s appearances. From there, Alison brings her band to Pennsylvania,Wisconsin,Ohio, Connecticut, New York,Kentucky, Minnesota, Iowa, , Ohio, West Virginia, Illinois and Oklahoma.
Alison Maria Krauss she is an American. She was born on the 23rd of July 1971. She is a musician and bluegrass-country singer-songwriter. At an early age Allison entered the music industry. She wined a local contest by the age of ten .In 1985 Alison signed with Rounder Records and in 1987 her first solo album had been released. Mixing bluegrass with Krauss, folk is her specialty.
In 1995 her platinum-selling compilation “Now That I’ve Found” is the reason made her a mainstream star. Union Station invited her to join with them. She matured from a child to a versatile and diverse woman. In the history of the Grammy Awards she is the most awarded female artist. Till now more than 16 studio albums has been released by her.
